I want to know your story
In order to get the best out of you I have to get to know you.
I need to know your story, understand how you think, together we create a performance-enhancing plan.
Both coaches and athletes can benefit from performance psychology. Coaches you are the head of the team; athletes look to you and go to you for everything. If you are doubting yourself or feeling overwhelmed with the immense pressure and demands of your job, your athletes will feel it.
If you are looking for a one size fits all, I am not the performance psychologist for you. There are over 7 billion people in the world. Each one of them is unique.
You are unique.

The NCAA experience is amazing! It's a once in a lifetime experience. It is also something that needs to be prepared for. From being the best athlete in your school, area or even country to being another name on a roster. Loss of confidence, identity and motivation are common.
Sessions focus on feelings and plans to manage the transition
On any given day a coach can interact with 20-40 young people. That's 40 different personalities, 40 different requests. 40 people pulling on the emotional capacity of one.
Sessions focus on supporting and supervision of coaches which can allow for coaches to focus and creates a safe space for coaches to share and plan for success.
The female student athlete experience is unique. The increase of female student athlete suicides has increased. High levels of anxiety, increased expectations both academically and athletically can lead to feelings of being overwhelmed.
Sessions focus on developing healthy habits to navigate the student athlete experience.
Setting goals is crucial, knowing how, why and when you should set goals is the key to success.
Athletes and coaches often set goals and quickly fail as they miss the WHY portion of setting goals.
Sessions focus on learning why you should set goals, how you should set goals and building a clear path to reach those goals.
Like goals setting, motivation is a key word that is often thrown around in sport. In order to increase motivation one must first understand what motivation means to you. It changes from year to year and can even change workout to workout.
Sessions focus on understanding your own personal motivation and how to enhance it to reach your goals.
